Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 Business Days. 

Shipments and deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are made directly with Rachel Lynn x Corri Lynn. If your order is delayed due to a high volume of orders or inventory supply you will be contacted via email. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for website purchaes

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses Via USPS. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when your order is accepted by the carrier. Shipment confirmation and updates will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. 

All orders valued over $1,000 will require a signature at time of delivery. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Rachel Lynn x Corri Lynn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rachel Lynn x Corri Lynn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly at hello@rlbycl.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently only offering shipping outside of the United States to Canada for a flat rate of $30.00.
